Bid writing, copy, fundraising, strategy, policy and governance for councils, charities, schools, partnerships.

For mid-long term project or organisational development work, I offer expertise and experience in:

  • Business Case & Bid Development:  I have secured significant investment leading and designing cross sector partnership bids from a wide variety of sources including: Arts Council England, the NHS, Heritage Lottery Fund, Spirit of 2012, and national and local government.

  • Service Design; I have led on significant service and programme re/designs that have effectively reshaped budget profiles and delivery models in the following areas: housing, welfare, cultural education, arts & culture, skills development and public health;

  • Policy, Partnership, Organisational Reviews: I have led on a wide variety of internal reviews and strategies (Business Plans, Communications and Marketing Strategies, Partnership Peer Reviews) and conducted a wide variety of key public facing policy reviews on subjects as diverse as the redevelopment of its Underground system (PPP: Two Year & Four Year Review) or London's Football Stadiums;

  • Strategy Development & Drafting: I have led on the development and drafting of major, public facing strategies including Leicestershire's Family Poverty Strategy and Leicestershire's Staying Healthy Strategy

For short term, discrete one-off work I offer experience and expertise in;

  • Conferences: I have facilitated and presented at numerous local, regional and national receptions, conferences and events on an eclectic range of issues; 

  • Copy: I am available to draft strategies, covering reports, articles, forewords, brochures on work where the heavy lifting might have already been done but a compelling case needs to be made.
